No relo allocation avail; must be US Citizen, PR, Green Card Holder

Reports into Sr. Director Analytics
Fiscal '06 Revenues over $417 million; $410 million in '05

SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting The Firm's sales, marketing and retail
groups by utilizing informational research through program evaluation
and ad hoc analyses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage & conduct program evaluations to evaluate program performance
using state-of-the-art statistical methodologies for both Retail and
Sales requirements.
· Manage & conduct ad hoc analyses using prescription data and patient
level data in support of Sales and Retail initiatives.
· Recommend revisions/improvements to the controlled store/patient
tests methodologies.
· Provide insight to the sales/retail organization as to appropriate
sales strategies and tactics using information and research findings.
· Present research design and findings to pharmaceutical; prescription
and over the counter manufacturer and retail clients.
· Design and test prescription, over the counter, and retail
evaluation programs.
· As applicable, manage staff (no direct reports), by providing
guidance in problem solving and analytical consultation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
MBA or Masters Degree in a Quantitative Field (statistics, marketing
research, or management sciences)
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years directly related experience
SPECIAL SKILLS:
· Pharmaceutical industry experience
· Data analysis/data mining experience
· Market research experience
· Advanced analytical skills
· 5+ years experience with the SAS language
· 5+ years experience with data access tools/knowledge (Windows, Unix,
and access tools like Brio)
