Merely having a site does not guarantee success...it just means you
are but one tree in a forest of BILLIONS...What are you going to do so
you can get heard? There are a list of "MUST DO" things you MUST do
if you intend on having any success at all. We will be going through
these action items.

DUH....YOU GET LISTED ON THE 4 PRIMARY SEARCH ENGINES!

Ok so how do you do that..?

Well it is very easy...but, each of the 4 have a different process and
their own guidelines.

STOP! Please do not give in to the urge to pay or use free services
to do the submitting for you. IT IS NOT BENNEFICIAL! It can actually
harm your search engine rankings. Remember the top 4 search engines
encompass 97%-98% of all search traffic…so this is where you need to
start first.

I have put together in one convenient site the Webmaster Guidelines to
the four search engines that are a MUST (Google, Yahoo, MSN Live, and
DMOZ). There are also links on each of the articles as to where to go
to submit your sites.

PLEASE: Do not give in to the deceptive practices of many fly-by-night
marketers...that just want your money...there is no shortcut for site
submissions. The primary search engines are smarter than that and
will not list you high or at all.

STOP! Ask yourself, “Is my site designed to maximize the search
engine results and give me GREAT placement?” -or- Are you just
getting listed for the sake of listing and don’t care what position
your site ranks or if people can even find your site.

That leads us to another topic "HOW TO GET GREAT SEARCH ENGINE
PLACEMENT"....
