Position Purpose
This position would act as the main point of contact for delivering the new products/features, enhancements, system changes and subsequent changes in processes and policies. It is expected that the right resource would be able to add fair value to organization by improving the existing product development and launch processes and routines.
Education & Professional Qualification
1. MBA (with undergrad degree in quantitative discipline preferred)

Key Responsibilities
· Act as one point of contact for the department related all process improvement, new product developments and/or enhancements
· Gather requirements fromt the respective teams, translate them into detailed and specific requirements from product and process point of view, communicate to respective development interface and
ensure delivery according to specification
· Develop, maintain, update and mange the project plan for the assigned projects
· Maintain and manage the expectations of stakeholders
· Able to forecast/understand any potential delays and manage expectations/ market readiness according to changed circumstances
· Lead and engage cross functional teams for effective process development, product development, product testing and requirments management
· Should be able to develop formal and informal organisational and social networks for achieving the assigned objectives
· Develop fair understanding of IT, VAS and Technical platforms/nodes for effective negotiations and subsequent delivery of the projects.
· Develop fair understanding of all the business processes, products and routines to be able to contribute in the market road map development
· Should be assertive (without being rude), self assured, easy going and engaging for effective communication with all the stakeholders
· Should be Self motivated and ready to take initiatives while contributing to the team as responsible and trust worthy team player.
· Responsible for all system change request documentation and tracking
· A strict adherence to company/divisional policies, plans and strategies to achieve company/divisional goals along with complete understanding of Code of Conduct
