Job Title: O2C Manager

Description

Key Objectives of the Job

To jointly manage the portfolios of Order to Cash cycle and Master
Data Management. This includes managing of customer accounts
receivable for GT & MT (Credit Management, Credit Control, DD
Management), Order Management and to develop, implement and manage a
quality MDM capability for the business. The role also includes people
management and personal/professional development of all team members
in O2C & MDM

Key Responsibilities

1. Order to Cash:
a. Debtors monitoring, control framework standards, and reporting
b. Customer payments / collection / bank realization & application
c. Manage and enforce discipline / authorization for : Credit
control, Changes in price lists, Bad debt follow up / write off,
Raising credit / debit notes
d. Ensure all matters concerning credit control for customers,
banks; financial institutions and sales dept. are in compliance
e. Customer claims settlement
f. Safeguard the company assets comprising trade debtors by
ensuring timely and proper records of debtors as well as optimum trade
terms and most efficient debt collection system including overdue
control
g. Organize and arrange the work flow within department in order
to complete business processes from order execution until debt
settlement by coordinating with customers and related departments in
the company. Ensure all procedures are documented and followed
h. Dispute Resolution
i. Implementing and ensuring compliance of check bouncing and
customer freeze protocol
j. Managing order processing team and ensuring timely order
processing and invoicing
k. Customer data management in SAP (plant & material mapping)
l. Quarterly Distribution Center stock audits
m. Auditing compliance with the company’s Code of Business
Principles in company dealings
n. Coordinating with x-functional teams (primarily CD & FI)

2. Master Data Management:
a. Fully responsible for all master data objects in MDM scope
b. Ensure master data integrity between modules & systems at
optimal quality and accuracy
c. Responsible for interaction with business and ES Team; become
a single point of contact for all master data related issues between
Business, IT, ES Team, Other Countries’ MDM Team & RAC Teams as
country representative
d. Coordinate, Analyze and Facilitate resolution of issues;
Escalate issues to relevant person
e. Strict adherence to approval matrix on all master data
creations / modifications
f. Develop an effective team of personnel in handling various
master data information within the country
g. Establish procedures to clean up data
h. Establish SLA with data owners & ensure that agreed SLA’s are met

Minimum Requirements

Education
Bachelors or Masters from a reputable institution, preferably in finance

Experience
Minimum 4-5 years experience in similar capacity.
