Final Paper

I finally got the paper together. Please review and let me know if you notice any spelling errors or if you have any issues with the formatting and I will change the document accordingly. I created the cover and index separately because I did not want them to have page #'s. Didn't have time to figure out how to do that. Powerpoint is coming soon.

I put the two pieces of the final paper together to help Wade out.  The page numbers are all set now.  Let us know if there are any issues.  BTW, just to remind everyone, the final is due by 5:00 PM tomorrow.  I just finished mine and I am relieved.

I think the paper looks great considering the rush here at the end. 

Did you guys find the marketing principals for services on question 3 in the book? I've read the chapter starting on page 377 and I don't see them specifically called out.

Many of these questions are vague as all hell, but I used the SERVQUAL attributes which is located on table 13.2 on page 361 of the thirteenth edition.

I did some more tweaking of the paper. Please let me know if you see anything that you think should be added, removed, etc. Also how is everyone feeling about the content of the powerpoint slides? I am working on making it a bit more appealing to look at.
