I have changed the google to a invite-only group

I have noticed that there is an outsider who post the message wihout my
authorization in this group. So I decided to change it to a private
invitation only group. the advertising message is removed.

You need software that knows how to do mail merge. Or you can use some
commcerical but charged services for this.
Some charged services like http://www.sparklist.com/ would do the job
for you.

Or you can try some free service like topica.com

Do a search on Google for email management service and you can find many
similar services.

I use a script provided by sellwide.net called
http://www.sellwide.com/follow_up_mailing_list_processor.shtml.
That is the software I am now using to email you guys with your name
inserted in the email body.

It works great but it requires you to install the software in your web
server. I have the reseller rights of this software and I can let you
test the software if you want. But you have to know the techncail stuff
to install this.
If you think it works, then you can buy from me or Sellwide for this
software.
