Here is a small Introduction about a girl of 19 years Swati Bondia
studying 2nd year BBM at Acharya Institute of Management
Sciences(AIMS) Bangalore. Please go through with this mail .it can be

I am very happy to inform you about my Venture “OM Shanti Traders”
I started this venture in Bangalore about a couple of months ago, and
it has been
shortlisted among Best 200 student start-ups in India.
This competition is conducted by TATA, powered by NEN.
My current position in the competition is 10th position, and I am qualified
for the 2nd round which is Public voting.
I would like to share some information about this venture and the start-up...
It was a fine Afternoon, I was passing through Banshankari in Bangalore...
A little small girl came and asked for some money, I refused to give her,
and she started crying...I could not accept that !!!
i took her for a long walk, and both had some panipuri, icecreams and
came back...
While I was leaving she requested me to give her some money.
I Was Shocked !!! I asked her whats the problem???
she said if she wont take money back home, her mother will beat
her...This situation was just intolerable..
(Its shows the frustration and sufferings of all those people who belong to
this part of OUR Society..)
I went ahead to meet her parents,I met them asked them-whats the problem???
why do you encourage your child to do so????
Hearing to their story of life,problems,critical situation,
difficulties was more painful...
I asked them;
what would u like to do,I will provide you some work at my best...
(I still remember his words with tears in his eyes..)
He said: I wil do any thing what u say,to earn some livelihood for my family..
I was having this idea for doing something on the interior decorations
parts and observed that he could take it up...
Thus, that day started it, gave them idea, some raw materials, got them
connected with people, helped them to design, It took some time...
around 3 months....
But now those people are becoming popular in the heart of customers...
The awesome structure, the man frame..
The passion with which his wife is now learning painting..
The happines with which his daughter is now going to school....
Overall a wounderfull family, in which each and every member are
dedicated towards everything they take up...
Hats of them..
And this is the way through which I started up of this venture..
