investment club

We're starting an investment club to focus on investments outside the stock market, i.e. real estate, businesses, etc.  Email me privately if you are interested.  We can have up 100 members, but for the first year we are trying to keep the number up to 15, for logistical reasons.

I understood this to be an investment club and not a fund (i.e., no contributions that would be collectively managed but rather a "club" that shares ideas).  Waj, can you clarify your intent?

Naiem, you decide how much u want to allocate to each project.  We're leaving that part open.

Rajab, their will be an annual membership fee, that covers the cost of our org, the first years dues shouldn't be more than 50 a person, but it will be fully transparent.

It will not be a fund, but from the club individual ventures will be launched, where each member individually funds the venture, and only by members of the club.
