Message Clipped

I just started using Markdown Here, its really cool, and worked really well - until I sent the email.

When viewing the email I wrote, Gmail is clipping the message.. Says message clipped - and the end of my email has a giant div tag, assuming embedded resources to render the markdown..

Has anyone else experienced this? Any way to avoid it?
