One of my colleague who is from Digital Marketing background, is looking for job.
She is good in Google AdWords (PPC) and has exposure to Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn). She understands SEO. She can be a good choice for your company (both agency and inhouse) to work as digital marketing person.
Are you thinking to also associate someone with this background ?
