- Strategic partnerships/alliances, business development, Business Process Creation/Execution/Re-engineering, SWOT and competitive analysis, pricing models, financial statement analysis, strategic planning, business strategy/business models.
- We are also getting into fund raising for startups as we are fairly well connected in the VC/PE and banking industry in Mumbai.
We are working on an Opex Model for our customer acquisition module and fund raising, wherein we get paid when our client gets paid or monies are raised, as we understand that startups are usually cash strapped. The huge positives of quick customer acquisition are no marketing/advertising/sales teams expenses for the startup + rapid increase in valuations through customer acquisition and sales.
We do have day jobs and are doing this for passion for entrepreneurship and to create a culture of innovation and rapid growth amongst budding Indian entrepreneurs.
We recently acquired 4 clients (large financial institutions) in 4 weeks for a startup that is making waves amongst the Indian Angel Network community. We are also working with a wireless patient monitoring company and a digital marketing consultancy.
