The countdown for V.J.T.I's Technovanza'12 has already begun. With less than 23 days to go, we have in store for you, various events ranging from Robotic to Civil, from Coding to Mechanical and Management events too add to the count.

Highlights of Technovanza'12 events: -

IC Engine: Participants have to make a wireless remote controlled machine, powered by only an IC engine, which can race against other opponents on an obstacle filled and treacherous race track. The engine capacity should not be more than 4.6cc.

Robotic Events:

Save the Queen: Participants must build a remote controlled robot that can pick predetermined objects from various heights and place them in a safe place. The robot thus requires a clamping mechanism and an actuator to raise the obstacles to the required height.

Manageria:
Unicus:� UNICUS is V.J.T.I. E-CELL'S BUSINESS PLAN COMPETITION. It suggests uniqueness and this competition aims to bring the unique ideas of budding entrepreneurs in front of the people. It aims to provide young Entrepreneurs with an opportunity to present their B-Plans in front of Venture Capitalists.

iCODE:
Blind Programming:  The name says it all, doesn’t it? Do you think you can put together a C program with the screen switched off? This event tests your skills, and you better be the best in coding the program amongst all the competitors.


iMECH:
ARM-ageddon: Participants will design, build and program a simple “pick and place” robotic arm using hydraulic syringes that will solve a materials-handling problem. They will then operate the robotic arm to perform the predefined tasks.
