This afternoon (June 5) I visited the boggy areas around Long Lake,
8.5km NNE of Amherst NS, In the boggy spruce forest. There wasn't a
whole lot flying, but I did manage to find one Jutta Arctic. It was
flying at the edge of a boggy clearcut (45.8978N, 64.1195W). Also had
a couple azures, Dreamy Duskywings, and Canadian Tiger Swallowtails.

Cheers,
John

I got a voucher of it.

I was pretty excited to see it, the trip was specifically for Jutta.
There is a record from the early 2000s from Round Lake, just a few
kilometers from where I was.

That is the second Jutta record for NS this year, Kathleen Spicer had
one at Apple River, Cumberland Co., last week.
