MCP 0.9 live in "production"

Dear all,

MCP version 0.9 is now live in "production". 

There were some minor issues, though, in that we were not able to build and deploy the newest version of the management portal. We have decided that this will not be of high priority until we get more resources for development. The issue should not have any serious implications as the additions in the 0.9 version of the portal were only minor. 

Apart from that there was also a hiccup with the high availability clustering functionality of Keycloak which has meant that we have had to only deploy a single instance of Keycloak. This will not have any implications for users unless Keycloak will come under heavy load (which we have not experienced yet), but we will look into getting clustering up and running again.
