MCP 0.11

Dear all

An update on the upcoming release...

We are still 'go' for deployment of 0.11 on the MCC staging environment on monday November 2.

After that - formal testing will be conducted on the staging environment.

If all goes well, it is the plan to deploy version 0.11 on the public test environment on the 16'th of November.

The "launch window" for MCP instance providers to deploy version 0.11 in their production environments will be from the 16'th of November to the 30'st of November.

Updated release notes attached.
