Bula Vinaka Father Le and the Augustine brothers,
This was the last email I sent which Father answered to on the 8th of February 2018 the day before my wife was called to rest in Gods arm.
I am sending you this email with a heavy heart to advise that I will be stepping aside for a while from this leadership role not because I wanted to but I am taking this time of grief to concentrate on getting my family back on their feet after what has happened in the last month.
I will not entirely sever ties with this house as this was the house that even my wife was very proud of because our sons are also part of it and you saw that every year that we served together during our house fundraisings and the bazaar.
I think that this is only fair for the house that someone sit in at the helm at this time who has the total commitment and thinking to take this champion house forward.
I am sorry that it had to come to this but I have chosen to do this however hard it may be at this very moment.
I hope that this house will continue to strive as it has always done and may GOD bless the Augustine House.

Last weekend I was not available here to continue what we had started but will again be available this weekend if anyone is still up for it, same time at 6am from behind the Albert Park grandstand to Grammar and back.
I know there will be lots of things happening apart from the 10s in Brisbane but please have time to think of your wellbeing and if you are doing yours separately already I applaud you for taking the time to continue to treasure your body which is God’s gift to you.

How was the wellness program at school on Tuesday. I wonder if it was okay for everyone that attended.
Our Saturday walk is still on and just asking if any of you want to assist in our refreshments for after the walk to please email me and we can put up a list.
The refreshments will not be much as we need only a bite for recovery food before you all go home to have your complete meal.
1. Bananas
2. Oranges
3. Water melons (if possible)
4. Apples
5. Sunquick.
I have a juicer that I can prepare juice and ice to bring that morning.
You can bring your own water if you prefer water though.

We could come together on the Tuesdays and Thursdays as mentioned by Manoa for the wellness program at school organised by Koli.
For the older folks and those that prefer the walk we will still have our Saturday walks from this Saturday morning to begin our Augustine wellness program from 6.30am from behind the Albert Park Stadium towards Suva Grammar and back long the sea wall.
I hope this time is convenient to you all and we can increase the number of walks as we go along when the fitness level rises.
Walks will be taken at your own pace and you could also invite your families to come and share this with you on Saturday.

Hope you are all having a good start to the New Year 2018 and your children are now all in school.
I would like to welcome you all again to another wonderful year 2018 and pray that God will bless you all and make this year an unforgettable one for you.
I would like to have your agreement that this year we would make our approach a little different and begin our year with a community project and then have a couple of Saturday mornings organised for a morning session 8km walk along the seawall from Albert Park for begin our year on a wellness note which in my opinion will assist us a lot in the things that we will commit ourselves too in the year.
I know for a fact now that beginning early in fundraising is not the strategy to make more money in our bazaar and that it is about the commitment of the team as a whole and this is one way in getting everyone together to get to know each other better before we even think about how we are going to strategise our fundraisings or solis for the year.
These are my thoughts and will leave the floor open to you all for your ideas if you think this is good or if you have better ideas that our team needs for this year 2018.

Isa Vinaka Vakalevu George for you and Patcy’s contributions towards Augustine House. I can say that she had more spirit than some Old boys of Augustine House by attending meetings and always at the forefront of our fundraising drives.
We understand what you are going through since some of us have also lost a loved one along the way and there are things you need to take care of attending to the duties of a Dad and now also as a Mother. We are here for you and have your back in case you need anything for yourself or the boys.
We will carry on where you have left off and try to bring Augustine to the top again. I suggest we have our meeting after Easter.
Once again thank you George and we will always remember you and your family in our prayers.

This was the last email I sent which Father answered to on the 8th of February 2018 the day before my wife was called to rest in Gods arm.
I am sending you this email with a heavy heart to advise that I will be stepping aside for a while from this leadership role not because I wanted to but I am taking this time of grief to concentrate on getting my family back on their feet after what has happened in the last month.
I will not entirely sever ties with this house as this was the house that even my wife was very proud of because our sons are also part of it and you saw that every year that we served together during our house fundraisings and the bazaar.
I think that this is only fair for the house that someone sit in at the helm at this time who has the total commitment and thinking to take this champion house forward.
I am sorry that it had to come to this but I have chosen to do this however hard it may be at this very moment.
I hope that this house will continue to strive as it has always done and may GOD bless the Augustine House.

We could come together on the Tuesdays and Thursdays as mentioned by Manoa for the wellness program at school organised by Koli.
For the older folks and those that prefer the walk we will still have our Saturday walks from this Saturday morning to begin our Augustine wellness program from 6.30am from behind the Albert Park Stadium towards Suva Grammar and back long the sea wall.
I hope this time is convenient to you all and we can increase the number of walks as we go along when the fitness level rises.
Walks will be taken at your own pace and you could also invite your families to come and share this with you on Saturday.

Thank you Gentlemen for your input,
We could come together on the Tuesdays and Thursdays as mentioned by Manoa for the wellness program at school organised by Koli.
For the older folks and those that prefer the walk we will still have our Saturday walks from this Saturday morning to begin our Augustine wellness program from 6.30am from behind the Albert Park Stadium towards Suva Grammar and back long the sea wall.
I hope this time is convenient to you all and we can increase the number of walks as we go along when the fitness level rises.
Walks will be taken at your own pace and you could also invite your families to come and share this with you on Saturday.

Bula Vinaka Father Le and the Augustine brothers,
This was the last email I sent which Father answered to on the 8th of February 2018 the day before my wife was called to rest in Gods arm.
I am sending you this email with a heavy heart to advise that I will be stepping aside for a while from this leadership role not because I wanted to but I am taking this time of grief to concentrate on getting my family back on their feet after what has happened in the last month.
I will not entirely sever ties with this house as this was the house that even my wife was very proud of because our sons are also part of it and you saw that every year that we served together during our house fundraisings and the bazaar.
I think that this is only fair for the house that someone sit in at the helm at this time who has the total commitment and thinking to take this champion house forward.
I am sorry that it had to come to this but I have chosen to do this however hard it may be at this very moment.
I hope that this house will continue to strive as it has always done and may GOD bless the Augustine House.

It has been a long time .
Could we have a meeting at 6pm on Wednesday 25th April at the Secretariat ? I note that there has not been any feed back from MOB ExcOM on the AGM etc . Maybe we could ask for a break from fund raising this year .
