All,

I accept leadership on the Rainwater Harvesting initiative that has been proposed. I will need all parents with technical know how and interest in Water related issues (Engineering, social, biological, financial, hydro-political, or otherwise) to indicate their interest so that I can convene a meeting with them for views on how to make progress on this issue. Let me have the names by Tuesday, 3rd December, 2013, COB.I will also refer the matter to my colleagues in the Rainwater Harvesting Association of Malawi (RHAM) for advice/guidance.

We will have a rainy season soon, we can already harvest this rain and use in the next dry season.
