Package 3 Lite: P 3,475.00/month (3 slots available)

- Use of our address and phone numbers not only for your business cards and brochures but also for Business Registration

- A shared leased working space for you that you can use 2 hours/day with phone, fax, Internet. You can use the Intenet station or connect your laptop to the wired network

- Rights to use the Meeting Room free of charge for 2 hours per month (valued at P 550.00)

- Inclusive of rent, dues, utilities, etc.



Package 3 Beginner: P 2,320.00/month (4 slots available)

- A shared leased working space for you that you can use 1 hour/day with phone, fax, Internet. You can use the Intenet station or connect your laptop to the wired network

- Rights to use the Meeting Room free of charge for 1 hour per month (valued at P 275.00)

- Inclusive of rent, dues, utilities, etc.


Package 3 Full P 6,950.00/month is currently unavailable. Full time dedicated workstations are fully occupied at the moment.


If you are availing of Package 3 Lite or Package 3 Beginner, you may use our address for SEC / DTI, BIR, and Permits. You only need to submit one ID to sign the lease. We ask for 2 months deposit and 1 month advance. You will rceive an Official Receipt. We accept cash, checks or direct bank deposit.

Once you have a SEC or BIR, we can also do your Makati Business Permit. We charge P 6,000.00 labor only. It covers getting the Baranggay Permit, Locational Clearance, Sanitary Permit, Business Permit.
