FAQ
1. Can I buy numbers only/ SMS blasting only?
Yes. They can be
purchased separately. If you are buying numbers only,
note that you
will still have to find the means of blasting to it. If you
have a
database already, we can blast to it. Note that the price will vary
depending on volume.
2. Can we do a smaller volume blasting?
Yes, we can. If your requirement is below 50,000, we
charge only P 0.50
per message.
3. What are the payment terms?
We ask for advanced payment in full. If you are not
comfortable with
commissioning blasting to millions, we can break up
the transaction.
4. Is blasting allowed? Isn't this part of what is banned?
This is not a VAS service. This is pure SMS messaging.
Receiver will not
be charged, there is no subscription being offered,
there is nothing being
sold.
5. Is this doable? Wont the delivery be blocked?
Globe Sun and Smart will not allow consumer
level subscribers to send
10,000 100,000 or 1,000,000 messages
through their network. And certainly
not from "unlimited"
SIMs. Its more likely that the SIMs and even devices
will be blocked
by telco for abuse of service. Or the cell site that
services the
area could be programmed to restrict.
That is why other service
providers with their own computer-based SMS
systems will not be able
to render the service that we could.
We use Telco to Telco.
6. Is message delivery guaranteed?
Even Globe does not guarantee it can
deliver to Globe. Same with Smart and
Sun Cellular. This is due to
the nature of the the technology. Our
technology guarantees the
message will be sent from our Telco to Smart,
Globe, Sun. Then we
have to rely on their system to do the "last mile".
7. Will you edit content? Do you add to the message?
No. We can give
advise though and you are free to decide if you want to
heed our
advise. We offer full 160-character.
We are a service provider - not
content provider. We could offer advise on
how to abbreviate words in
your message but ultimately you are responsible
for content. Of
course, as we are the one who send out the message, we
would know
what you wish to send. We cannot knowingly use it for illegal
purposes.
8. What happens if the receiver replies to the message?
If you opted for 11-character alphanumeric, for example,
"2010 Promo", the
reply will end up nowhere. If we use your
phone/ SMS system number, you
get the message. It goes through the
local telcos.
9. Whats the next step?
You decide how many
numbers and messages you need to send out, and
schedule so we can
quote. Then it is just a matter of arranging payments.
10. Is our database safe?
How can our database grow so big? Unlike others, WE
DO NOT MIX our Clients
databases. We organically grow our database
through tie ups/partnerships
with promo providers, aggregators,
sellers and media. We also have
Internet bots, miners running 24 x 7.
We have affiliate websites and
networking sites. We have
international telco gateway tie ups. Simply put,
we know our stuff -
