Marine Coordinator

Basic Function:
Plans, coordinates and supervises various activities related to
vessels’ acceptance, arrival, departure, berthing and unberthing to
arrange discharge of various imports and loading of all refined
products at Refinery Jetty berths and bunkering at vessels. Reviews
alternatives to cater to changes and updates vessel movement schedules
to meet ADNOC Marketing requirements. Liaises with Production
Planning, Oil Movements, Laboratory, Safety, Third Party Inspection,
Vessel Agents and other personnel to reduce vessel turnaround times
and minimize waste. Is responsible for the accurate documentation of
all exports.

Ø Minimum Requirements:
· Master Marine Certificate or equivalent B.Sc. degree.
· 6 years experience in Marine coordination, including working with
computer based marine information systems.
· Good knowledge of English.
