Embedding options into marinetraffic startup URL?

Hi folks,

My startup URL is shown below. This works perfectly by placing the
centre at my location with just the right zoom level.

Is anybody able to explain how I can expand the URL to include an
instruction to switch on ship names, ports and stations? I would also
like my startup screen to default to include Google maps Terrain 'on'.
