Yes but with reduced information. There will be no year built, IMO number or destination info transmitted for class B.

It does show them.  Keep in mind that Class B transmitters are low power compared to Class A units.  If you are looking at what any particular AIS station is picking up you will find that Class A's show up in areas where Class B's will not if they are far from the receiver.
