All: submit 90k for MARCOM T-shirt: at meeting tomorrow

I would like to follow up some issues after our last meeting.

1. MARCOM Coordinator:

After reviewing the your preference for MARCOM coordinator, here comes the draft result:

ER (Mon eve) : Lam & Tai
OGX (Tue eve): Khang & Tien (Bún)
TM (Wed eve): Thạch & Uyen
iGCDP (Wed eve): Khoi & Khanh
EM (Fri mor): not defined yet
F (Sat aft): not defined yet

@ Nguyen & Duy: Please choose your preferred function based on your interest and available time by Monday 6th Jan.

After that, I will finalize the result then all of MARCOM Coordinators will send email to VP function and get their confirmation by 8th Jan.

2. Time & training content:

3. Admin for fanpages:

As we defined before, here comes the list of admins for 2 fanpages:

AIESEC Ho Chi Minh City: Duy, Lam, Khoi, Phung, Uyen, Khang
International Internship Program (IIP): Nguyen, Bún, Thach, Tien, Tai

What we need to do now is to create a content flow for all posts in 2 fanpages. We will have a discussion in next MARCOM meeting to finalize it. Please brainstorm in your group before our next meeting.

From now until next Sat, I need all seniors keep posting 2 posts/day with the familiar topics on 2 fanpages. Please find your name with date below:

Mon, Wed: Khoi, Thạch
Tue, Thu: Duy, Bún
Fri, Sat: Lam, Nguyen

4. PACA submission:

There are some members who haven't submitted the final version of PACA yet. Please complete it by 11:59 PM 6th Jan. If not, you know what will happen :)

@ Duy: Please transfer meeting minutes into mindmap, upload in dropbox and update tasks for all members on MARCOM team management's spreadsheet. Thank you so much.

For the fanpage admin, I would like to add Khanh to the IIP group. 2 groups please brainstorm ideas before our meeting.

@ Duy & Uyên: Please submit your ideas to your group coz you will not attend next MARCOM meeting :)
