Để mọi người dễ hiểu, Bún sẽ viết bằng tiếng Việt trong email này. Mục đích của email này là phân công cho người tạo wiki giới thiệu về team MARCOM.

* Người được phân công: Tiên(OCP), Duy và anh Thạch

* Nhiệm vụ người được phân công:

   - Thu thập tài liệu, JDs và thông tin >> viết wiki cho MARCOM

   - Thiết kế, tạo hình cho wiki trông bắt mắt

   - Theo qui định tạo những mục phải có trong wiki và phát triển

* Nhiệm vụ của thành viên MARCOM còn lại:

 

  - Tích cực feedback, cho nhận xét và ý kiến để tạo hình wiki

* Các bước cần chuẩn bị:

  - Sis Mai tóm tắt JDs và gửi lại cho Bún 

  - MARCOM gửi thông tin cá nhân kèm hỉnh ảnh cho anh Thạch trước 23:59, 01.09.13

  - Bún tổng hợp thông tin >> Duy post bài

  - Anh Thạch thiết kế hình và gửi Bún.

We have rules that emails used in AIESEC should be written in English. As being a MARCOM member, we should be a role model of this.

If you say for better understanding, practice using English, please do not excuse by writing in Vietnamese instead.

Dear Truc,

Based on Comm. guideline, we can use Vietnamese in function for better understanding. However, I don't overuse VIetnamese in AIESEC email. I'm glad to receive your feedback.

Thanks for your email.

I would like to clarify next steps more clearly for the whole team. Let's follow Tien's instruction and take a look at the DDL and action steps below.

Please confirm your reading. If you have any concern, just feel free to ask.

One more thing I would like to mention here is the language for email writing. I know Tien wanted to make this email understandable. However, we should communicate in English to practice and improve our English. In case our email makes other teammates confused, we can clarify in Vietnamese.
