I am looking for a hard money lender for ohio

I am looking for a private money lender or asset based lender who will just secure the deal with the properties.  I am looking for a lender that is not looking at the credit just at the real estate. I have 2 separate duplexes at $18,000 a piece and the ARV is $78,000 on each one.  This ARV is conservative.  So I am looking for a private lender that will lend on that deal in OHIO.
