I've shared an item with you.
Rev 0.2F

Fixed a bug that BearBull found where setting the CloseAllHedges to True to close out a sliding hedge, and then setting CloseAllHedges to False to allow hedging to continue resulted in the same sliding hedge to get re-opened immediately.

As always, please verify on a demo account that the system is behaving as expected before going live.

Enjoy!

HI Rick
thanks for that *:) happy
Is there any chance that this is related to the bug where by:
if a >x1 breakout hedge closes by channel period, and the resulting basket is then in net profit from the unbalanced hedge, so the basket then closes, .......then the former hedge is re-opened with no attached basket and left open.?

Just wondering because I am still using and developing further these type of settings.
I have been pretty quiet on this forum for the last 3 weeks, because I took some other peoples comments (and my own experiences) to heart in regard to the stress of having margrid open x2 breakout hedges, and then potentially having to manage these hedges.
So I have been putting much more testing into better settings - influenced also by Daniels ideas of using more aggressive martingale progressions in controlled circumstances. Looking really promising, and now at live testing stage.

The above bug has popped up several times in tests, but does not happen consistently (all the time the basket in profit conditions are met)

The other bug that is still apparent is the one where when ea settings are edited/changed or the MT4 is re-set while a hedge is open, margrid seems to loose track of the profit/loss of previous hedges that have been closed in relation to the basket. So the running OCD of the basket's profit/loss will suddenly change after the edit window is closed and basket TP no longer properly reflect the true breakeven of the basket.

I am only asking about these issues  if you are still intending to develop margrid further - they are not urgent as they can be worked around and I think Chameleon is probably a more exciting development

Cheers Mark
