Applescripts don't run when switching locations

I'm seeing an interesting bug where applescripts refuse to run when
opened in MarcoPolo 3.0b3. I don't see anything specific to MarcoPolo
in the console when these issues occur, but I do get a growl error
that the script couldn't run.

If I run the scripts in question in Script Editor they execute fine,
and in fact they run just as well when triggered from Launchbar. I'm
perplexed.

Is this a known issue?

Nope, it's news to me. Are you sure there's nothing written to the
console, like an error message or something?
