To all J4F Club members 

Did everyone just give up ? I for one , am so pissed off that Carole Sides is just like Harold .She refuses to tell us anything and has obviously taken all the remaining  J4F members money and will not respond to phone calls or emails.

J4F still owes me $18,150 and I promise you one way or another I will get my money back. I'm going to put a lein on everything Caole Sides owns ! It's so sad that we now know Harold's plan was to take all of our money and use it for his own pleasure. That makes Caole an accomplice to FRUAD . Her address is 8365 Grand Oak Ct, Montgomery, AL 36117

I tried to speak with her in a friendly way for 2 weeks but I was ignored 100 %. Now no more Mr.Nice guy. I want my money now !

How about ?23 million plus the foreign money in accounts with our NDAs. Harold’s been hurting us all even in death. He always talked like he sat at the right hand of Jesus. Just how many people did he screw.

It's too bad I wasn't given her address when I was asking last year.  I was in their neighbourhood as I had a few things up my sleeve.  All Harold ever handed out was their drop box location.

I for one am so upset with the entire Family who refuses to comment because they are all guilty of Fraud - his Wife Carole had an opportunity to do the right thing but I guess their all in it to take all our money- I lost $18k and millions of Dinar to that CON Artist - her Son Brock is a Financial adviser at a large company - I wonder how much he got from his Dad to open an account - I'm damb sure it was not titled J4F - Harold got what his deserved! 
He lied to me for 15 years - he got out the easy way.

I said from the beginning when he had us sign the contract to join, there was never a signature from him so it was.a piece of paper we threw money away I used to get arguments but it's the truth In Harold's mind I got suckers giving me money with no real agreement

If anyone takes legal action I will be happy to be involved. Any property the Sides have or anything can be attached.  Harold was a very clever man and probably has everything well cover. He probably taught his son all the tricks but suing someone for millions can tie them up in courts for years. Perhaps Carole is just waiting for the shoe to drop. Legally he is a criminal. He tried to portray himself as a Christian humanist. He tried to be very involved with QHS. They are staying very quiet about his involvement. Louise

Harold always said he had a person to take over if anything happened to him .. well i dont see that person coming forward ,? so another lie ... his wife would have known his activities .at least partially .. .. she would have been happy to enjoy the extra money ... ... there is about 1300 members not sure how many actually  are active and up to date on proceedings .. i think a very small  % ....  a lot would have forgotten after 20+ years or just moved on long ago ... any way if there is as Harold has said would take over ..I wish he would come forward ... but that wont happen .. there was no one ..  .. and where are our funds .. Gold , currencies etc ?  .. hope there is a good out come .of sorts . doubt it though ...cheers

I'm a member of J4F since April 2002. A fellow member informed me of this alternate group, received the link and subscribed last night. I have read a good number of the posts, hopefully I can calm the waters somewhat. I got to know Harold Sides well over the last year of his life. I have also gotten to know Carole. They are not the evil people that is portrayed here, in fact they are the very opposite. 90% of the comments here are pure speculation which is now considered as the gospel truth. Having said that I fully understand where the members are coming from, your anger, your frustration, remember I'm a member also. Maybe if I had not gotten to know Harold I would be likewise, then again maybe not. Throughout my adult life I have taken full responsibility for my own investment decisions. Many investments are out and out scams from the very beginning, especially in the high yield arena, many more fail for other reasons.

It is my opinion that Harold got scammed by the “grantor”. He probably did not realize this until 2010 or so. Obviously he found it very difficult to face the music and admit to the members that he was scammed, He turned to the RV for redemption. Back then and up to the present day the Gurus were informing all that the RV was imminent, like in tomorrow. Harold penned all his hopes on this, like millions of us. Millions still do today. Sure he should have come clean and have been fully transparent with the members, as time went by the more difficult it became to face the music. He fully believed that the RV was going to be his savior, right up to his last breath.

As we all probably know Harold was in bad health with sometime. I happen to know all his ailments and they are shocking. It is unbelievably how he lived so long. He was diagnosed with diabetes in 2004, earlier the same year he had a quad heart bypass, 2018 stint in left kidney. removed right kidney. Many more stints since then in different parts of his body. 2021 had right foot toes amputated that led to right leg amputation mid-calf, culminating in the amputation of left and right hand this year. He had one finger left which he struggled to type with before second hand amputation. We could see the errors sometimes in his posts as a result. Carole did help him with some of the typing nearer the end. He was in a wheelchair for a number of years.

He believed and trusted the QHS wholeheartedly. Cynthia, the so called owner told him if he came up with one million dollars she could cure him of all his ailments. I was on a three way when she said this, saying also that she would love nothing better than to get Harold well.  Harold found it extremely difficult to come up with $100 not to mind 1M. Many people in the US and elsewhere can resonate with that. Most live week to week, some struggle even more so. I had known about QHS with a while and in fact purchased a small white device which took eight or more months to get delivered. A device that never worked, for me at least. I'm in good health generally so I passed it off for that being the probable reason.  After that threeway with Harold and  Cynthia I had much bigger doubts and through the help of a friend I found out that QHS is a massive scam.  I couldn't face telling Harold or Carole as I felt it could be the end of him within weeks. He envisioned himself being a young man again and fulfilling his dreams of paying all his members. I let four of Harold's best friends know after his passing. They too are elderly and were depending on the QHS. One is legally blind and has an assistant.

Two of Harolds main goals in life were getting back to full health and fulfilling his obligations to his J4F members. Of the two I felt that the latter came first. He was a true Humanitarian at heart. He and Carole got married on September 14, 1974. She stood by his side throughout all illnesses. They were true soulmates. 

I will quote Carole here: “I have never been privy to his projects or programs (which I already knew). That is the only thing we ever argued over. He was so kind and always wanted to help people, but he was gullible and independent, I was the skeptic. I still cannot believe Harold is gone. I wish he could have lived long enough to see success. I miss him so much”

I figure “gullible and independent” explains a lot of what went wrong with J4F. He was always chasing the unconventional investments. We all have our failings, Harold was no different. To this day I truly believe Harold to be one of the biggest hearted people I have known.

Another quote from Carole when I informed her that some members are considering contacting the authorities “I do not even have money for a lawyer. If they want to sue me, I can't stop them. I have no money, just my SS check. I have been cleaning a lakehouse to help pay my mortgage in this little house that my mother left me. Harold had no asset” I expect that they refinanced.

If members do go after Harold's estate all they will be able to do is place a lien on a small house with a mortgage. The currencies, if located will be confiscated by the Fed. He handed them over to a group/individual like must of us did, if the RV happens everyone will get paid. If members contact the authorities they will receive nothing. I even doubt that Harold did a will, from his emails you would understand why. He was totally against the system, wills being a part of that. I also doubt that Harold has a trust from Jeff Wagner as he had nothing to place in it but was very hopeful for the future. It surprised me a little that he was recommending a Statutory Law Trust but I do realize that it was an easier direction to go for the 3,000 or so members as 95% of people are clueless with regards Natural Law Trusts and alternate entities and are fearful of anything outside the box.  There are no offshore accounts either. 

I know for certain, without written proof, that Harold always meant to pay the members. It was a massive burden for him that he failed to do so up to his passing. Because of that and knowing Harold's big heart I'm willing to help the J4F Members and see J4F fulfill its commitments I'm not the grantor nor do I hold the currencies. I gave Harold five ZIM notes. Nether am I a business partner of Harold, I'm just a regular member like you and don't have to do this. This is coming totally from the heart. It kills me to see the members getting it so wrong in this group. If they go to the Feds or a lawyer then I cannot get involved making it impossible to do what I want to do. Doubtful if any lawyer will take on the case unless money is paid up front. More loses for the members.

I'm in some major programs that will soon come to fruition. This has nothing to do with the RV and no, this is not the start of another 20 year plus cycle. It will more that pay off all J4F Members. I'm hoping to get access to the J4F database. Harold did have associates outside of J4F membership who were helping him. Carole doesn't know who they are. I'm trying to get in touch with at least one of them. Hopefully fellow members will give me the opportunity to do so. I may be their only chance of success.

I too have been a member of J4F since 2001, and has had occasional contact with Harold. In his last response to an email I sent him on Aug.1st, 2025, he responded on Aug. 3rd that he was in the hospital for 2 months, had arterial bleeding and needed 5 units of blood and almost did not make it then. He had a nurse type his response to me , because he could not use the phone yet. He wanted to “get out of here” meaning the hospital. He said he realized then that time was of the essence. These were Harold’s last words to me. We usually had a back on forth with things I was concerned about.
I can agree with James to allow him the time to do what he can. I think James is the person that Harold spoke off regarding willing to help him get funds while he awaited completion of J4F.
We have everything to lose going to court and possibly much to gain with James’s way.

I want to thank James as well for his detailed information on the J4F Club and providing some clarity on what has gone on and what to expect.  I for one appreciate the information.   I as well also appreciate his offer to try and provide funds to the J4F Club members as a good faith gesture to try and make the Club members receive some funds back from this venture.  I also agree that to give them the time to make this happen because I verily believe that if you go to the authorities that we will not get anything.  We have waited for over 25 years so I suggest we wait longer to see if James and others can fulfill Harold's dream to help others.  James if you need some assistance please let me know if I can be of some help.

I want to thank James for his update of the circumstances we are all in as J4F Club Members. While I never got to meet Harold in person, I did exchange several emails with him, and I believe Harold's intentions were to see all the members of the club rewarded for the long time commitment to this project. I believe Harold was the victim of circumstances where he lost our original deposits, but was doing everything he could to reach our goal. 

I think trying to take legal actions by getting attorneys and the authorities involved will lead to us getting nothing, so hopefully as James has commented that he can make us all whole and get our deposits back along with the windfall we were all hoping to get. I think we should all be patient, since most of us have around 20 years and counting in being involved in the club.

Thank you James for trying to help us all, and keeping us updated on your progress.

thank you james for your letter to the members.. my number is 1612.. been a member since 2002.. at this point drafting some kind of lawsuit would be in vain would not bring any fruit and would only destroy our changes of receiving our original funds back...I agree with james.. let us take it easy now and let the forces of good do its work. no sense of getting all upset of what might have happened to the club.. I appreciate james trying to set things right with the club members..

My Dad has been a member for many many years and created memberships for my sisters and myself. My Dad passed away March 2025 but I have kept in the google groups in hope to keep up with any type of news. I would be gracious to anyone who can give clarity on this situation and at minimum get the original deposits back. Worse case scenario let us all know it's truly over.

Today is Sunday, November 2, 2025, since October 18, 2025 haven't received any email, etc. from James Griffin. Not even a small update, regarding deposits, full Club Member venture funds, etc.

Also, what's happened to the money that was supposed to be received from signing over dinars to Harold. That was all to happen in a week and no money returned yet?

Before you invest into any of these new offers to make lots of money from a small investment (invest before the slot is over). Just do a little research. Can you find information for "Rayne Ella" associated with Manhattan Book Club as an executive, etc. and can you find any information where Elon Musk is associated with the Manhattan Book Club to invest in Tesla? Also, Manhattan Book Club employees/staff probably don't use a "gmail.com" account for business email.

I agree, this legit group is being targeted by scammers. They are targeting this wounded , bleeding group for more blood like vampires. Anything in here that is not J4F related is a SCAM!

Rayne Ella or whomever you really are; Elon Musk would never have anyone sending texts like you are sending. Plus he would select individuals that use proper grammar and as you stated "Elon musk do not scam Note that", but you would scam, NOTE THAT!
