I stumbled upon the J4F Google Group you created as I'm a J4F member (103-5195). Can you please approve of me posting on the website? I tried to, but said I wasn't allowed. Can you approve this? Thank you.

Suing harold sides estate might a futile proposition..  the money lost has been diverted to many accounts over the years.. we are looking at 23 years of money grabbing, scams hidden accounts, foreign entities. When small time investors such as the j4 members put their trust iin these kind of people you get bit real hard. their are a million bernie madoffs and harold sides out there promising wealth and never delivering.. Any member here remember the freedom program 20 years ago. another program that was suppose to pay.. guess what/  that program was another scam.. never saw a penny..Tell me anyone or any law firm willing to take this case.. The best we can do is maybe we can find out from the database some information. We might see the principle returned but unlikely considering the long duration of this scam harold sides pulled on the members..

I understand that the chances of getting any monies back .is beyond slim . and his wife is playing the I know nothing game ... and his son is playing the same  ..so they do not want to cooperate .and just act dumb . even though they would have known what Harold was up to and most likely spent a lot of our invested money  .. but rolling over and doing nothing means that they all get off scott free ,and have lived the last 23 years on our money  with out any consequences at all .. the money might be gone ..but they have stolen millions of dollars and that is punishable . they have caused a lot of pain to many members and their families .. and should be held accountable in some way !!!

How many Christmas' have gone by that had us all expecting some kind of action on Heroics part, only for us to watch it pass with nothing happening. I tend to believe, this is my opinion, that karma had a part in the way Harold met his demise. Then he got to meet his maker face to face. I want to believe that justice was served to Harold Sides one way or another. I notice I am not checking my email daily hoping to see an update from Harold, even though it would most likely be another of his lies. I hope if his wife and son were aware of what Harold did, I hope the guilt weighs heavy on them, and they make the choice to make us all whole even by returning the principal.

I agree we should pursue this and see where it goes.I’m in..
  Maybe Harold got what he had coming to him or maybe he just got sick and died.How will we ever know? 
  Who wants to take this to an attorney? Who wants to organize a groups? Someone needs to step up..I can’t but will add my name to the list. Is there an attorney in our group?

Thomas.. we are not going to see many people step up for a lawsuit.. many of the members just don't have the funds or the patience to wait out a long litigation and a lawsuit!!   let the dice roll and see where we might go with some help

there was talk of every one throwing in $50 or so .. but that would be difficult to organise i think .. thats going the legal route , lawyers etc ... or if we are convinced that we have no hope to retrieve our funds ,,and James does not give any updates and the road looks  impossible ...then report them to the Authorities ... over there in his state ..i live across the pond  so not sure of who the government fraud path you would follow ..FBI .. maybe ..

Can you prove that "the money has been diverted to many accounts over the years ..we are looking at 23 years of money grabbing, scams hidden accounts, foreign entities".   You seem so sure so give us the proof.  Incidentally, some Redemption Programs are soon to pay out. This makes you wrong on both fronts unless you can come up with concrete proof.

Why do we keep rushing the issue? I've been with this program since 2001.We did nothing legal then, Harold is gone, Griffin made a proposal. It's been a few months since Harold's passing. Griffin asked to let the program he's awaiting payoff soon .Give it the few months, maybe until end of let's say March and then take action. That's not too late.
We've been patient this long.

I feel there is a chance with the foreign money. Harold paid big time however I have no pitty on him. If there is a hell his due is there.
