Harold's Family owes me $18,150 and they are NOT getting away with it. We are giving her a few more days then a group of us our going up to Montgomery to talk to her .

May I also recommend you do up a number of letters to deliver to her neighbors.  Don't say anything slanderous but speak to how their actions have affected you -Stay under your own skin so you can't be charged with verbal assault or deprivation of character.

It will break my Dad's 93 YO heart when I let him know he's lost his money (both currency and dinars). It has kept my Dad going just thinking one day he was going to receive his money back plus much more.  All these years I've been telling him this guy is a con artist and not to trust him. Reading this man's obituary was just too much. My Dad has not received a letter from Harold's wife Carol. My Dad doesn't have enough income for it to help him and Mom to report the loss on their taxes.

If the son is a certified financial consultant he would need to adhere to the state laws governing his profession.  If he did accept the funds from Harold for their retirement and knew where the funds originated from, he would be party to fraud/theft.  I don't think the solution is attacking Carole, I think the clear path is through his son as he would need to protect his license and livelihood at all costs.

when i spoke with a FBI agent years ago. he had asked me how long the program has been goin on. i said at that time17 or 18 years. He told the truth. said you'll never get your money back or never make any funds.. The only way Carol will talk is legally. Does she really believe we believe her. Her/his computers can be opened. Everyone is just rolling over and playing dumb which is her answer to prayer. His estate must be sued probably. I live in California so trying to start something is impossible however I will be happy to join a group to support not letting Harold’s estate take us again. There is no poor Harold, poor Carol or poor son. These are bad people who survive on hurting other people. If living anywhere close by I would be camped outside her door. I would see attorney and slap a $100 million dollar suit on her. One doesn’t need big reasons to sue. The attorney gets half. The suit can be simply for ruining our life’s. Any discovery can be later. This isn’t a lot of work. It’s up to Carol not to get/want a judgement. With a judgement the sueung people can take control.

If anyone knows of a lawyer, or if there is a lawyer who is a member of the J4F Club, or lawyer  in one of the States a member joined the club, then maybe they can contact them and get an idea of where we can go with this.

As stated before I am a Non US citizen living in another country.
