Marcia, As I am a regular member and have nothing to do with the planning or scheduling of the calls, all I can do is relay what information that I have to you.

The email or announcement that we received was just that, an announcement that the conference calls were starting.

There will be two scheduled for each day.  When you are selected to sit in on a call, allow two (2) hours for full q & a session.

You will NOT be able to attend the meeting unless you are asked.  When asked, you will either confirm or deny that you are going to be able to attend this meeting.  If not, immediately ask for an alternative date & time.  If you try to get into another call with out permission, you will get music, nothing else, no other explanation.
