I hope that you are awake and full of energy again.

First thing, thanks for your submissions 'on time' yesterday. Second thing, thank you for coming to the meeting in the evening, much appreciated knowing how tired you were.

 

As discussed, attached is the template for the catalogue (again) together with the right fonts. You will need to complete your 2 individual pages today;  we discussed yesterday that you would meet the people in charge in your unit today at some point (they will be working in school) instead of sending the layout by email - it will save time and it is the only way to make sure everything is correct.

UD1 - Ray & Shanty

UD2 - Vanessa, Yupi & Daphne

UD3 - Stella & Louiza

UD4 - Francisco & Yoyo

UD5 - Yu & Alejandro

 

Please contact them and agree when you can meet.

They will try to have the layout for the whole unit ready tomorrow afternoon and meet the tutors either tomorrow or Friday morning to make sure that the text and layout (number of images, sizes, etc) is ok.

 

Catalogue leaders - can you please get in touch with your tutors and agree when you can meet them to discuss that? Preferably before Friday evening as Colin will need to make then a final check to the whole catalogue.

REMINDER FOR IMAGES

- Every image MUST be 300dpi, CMYK and saved as a tiff
- Every image MUST be no bigger than A4
Some people send images which are 10MB or so...ask them if that is the case, to work their own drawings in photoshop and to reduce as much as possible - the final catalogue becomes a huge file...


TEXT AND FONTS

I attach all the fonts (zip folder).

It's taz, there's quite a few. We use light for texts, semi-bold for headings, regular here-and-there and extralight for titles...
