Frame Issues

Dear all,

 

There is this simple yet complicated issue that we are having with the number of frames distributed to our unit. If you still remember the email that Suzuki sent to us about the number of frames for our unit, we are given:

 

A3 : 11 frames

A2 : 12 frames

A1 : 11 frames

 

This is obviously not meeting the number of drawings that we are going to put ito our layout. To be equal, based on the number of frames and people in our unit, it is fair to say that each will have one of each frames. This has got to be done because some of us need more frames than what is possible to be given to you all.

 

There are some talk of buying the frames but the fund that we have for our exhibition cannot afford the idea and that those who need more frames would probably have to buy from their own pocket. If you want to do this that it's fine but some of us here, and they're Ray, Natasha, Nicole, and I are thinking of swaping the spare frames that we are not using. So here's the list of frames that we are swapping.

 

Shanty: giving away A3 to Ray

Natasha : need one A1 and two A3s, giving away A2

Nicole : need one A1, two A2s, two A3s

Ray : need one A2

 

I know that Charlie and Gabriel are impossible to be here at the moment, unless both of you are able to teleport, but each of you has got to do some swapping, especially Charlie since you took half of our A3s.

 

So for all my friends in UD1, please, I mean PLEASE coordinate this among ourselves so that everybody will be happy instead of us doing the decision for you. Email, phone call, text, or whichever way that suits you to do the swapping.

 

Enjoy the swaping, buying your own frames, doing the frames by yourself at the workshop, otherwise you might not have frames for your drawings, but don't worry, having or not having frames WE WILL still include your project for the exhibition.

 By the way, with the calculation that each will have only one frame for each, we have extra three A1s, four A2s and three A3s for the whole unit.

Just an idea...you can swap your A3 for Charlie and take his A1. So your two A1s are good to go.
