I am contacting you regarding the above referenced planning application, submitted by my client Rillbank Developments LLP.
Please find attached a Briefing Note which sets out some of the key facts regarding the planning application proposals.
My client wishes to make sure that there are no misunderstandings about what is being proposed and is keen to make clear that there are no similarities between these proposals and those at the site of the former Northfield House Hotel, as has been suggested at times by some people on social media.
The proposals are for a high-quality tourism development that will blend well with what has been a very successful regeneration of the former Sick Kids Hospital.
