Meat Raffle Update & Sponsorship Forms

Tickets are now on sale and are available by contacting Robin Richard at 716.725.4852 for the West Seneca Band Boosters Meat Raffle on April 5, 2025! 

You can also pick up tickets from Robin at Monday night's booster meeting at 7pm at West Senior in room 155. If you have any donations ready to go, those can also be dropped off at the booster meeting!

Here is how you can help:

• Promote the event:
  • Tell your age 21+ friends and family! Alumni are encouraged to attend! It's a great way to reconnect with your old bandmates!
  • Share our Facebook event!
  • Print out the attached flier and hang them up around town!
• Help to secure donations and sponsorships:
  • We are continuing again this year with spin and round sponsorships. Local businesses can be advertised during the meat raffle as a sponsor for purchasing the meat for those spins/rounds! Donation letters are attached!
  • Sign up on our signupgenius to donate smaller items to create our larger prizes! 
  • Ask a local business to donate a large raffle item! Donation letters are attached.
• Volunteer at the event:
  • We need a lot of volunteers to make the evening successful. Even if you can only help for a portion of the night, we would love to have you! Please note that if you plan to sit in a seat at a table for a portion of the night, you will need to purchase a ticket. Otherwise, volunteers are free to attend.
