The Music in Motion Home Marching Band Show (Competition) is just over a month away!

Date: Saturday, September 7, 2024

Time: 6pm start time

Where: West Seneca EAST Senior High School Football Field

Bands From: Pioneer, Falconer-Frewsburg, Iroquois from PA, WEST SENECA, Orchard Park, Corning-Painted Post, Lancaster

What we need from you now: 

• Sell ads & secure patrons for the program! It is not too early to start getting those in - deadline is August 15th. It would be amazing if every band member was able to get 1 ad or 1 patron this year!! Attached you will find:
  • A Parent Letter describing the profits your band member can have earmarked for their student account from each ad and patron the secure.
  • A letter for businesses and the ad form. Parents can put in ads for their band members - especially when your band member is a senior!
  • A patron form. Be listed as a patron for as little as $10. 
  • Shout out form! This is a great option for out-of-town family members to show their support. Band members can write them for each other as well.
• Commitment to volunteer! We will need all hands on deck to help the day of the event (at least one representative from each band family - it doesn't have to be a parent, we have grandparents, aunts, uncles and older siblings helping too). ALUMNI ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO COME BACK AND LEND A HAND!
  • Please fill out a separate Google form for each person who is interested in volunteering.
  • Non-WSMB students can use this event for volunteer hours!
  • The volunteer meeting will immediately follow the Booster Meeting on September 4th at 7pm at West Senior in room 155.
