WSMB Week A Newsletter & Show Shirt / Merchandise Orders

It was great to see many of you at tonight's parent meeting. If you were unable to attend, I (Karen Fish) will have your parent packet (complete with everything needed for the season, including permission slips) at rehearsal drop-off by the band trailer on Tuesday. 

I forgot to mention that the October lotto fundraiser was included in the packet. Students are not to handle these, only adults. If you were not able to be at the meeting, but your student was, we still have your lotto tickets. We do have additional tickets if anyone wants to sell more than they were given and if you have no intention of selling some or all of your tickets, please return them so someone else can sell them. Our goal is always a sell out of all 1000 tickets!

Attached is the first of the weekly newsletters. You will usually get these at the end of rehearsal on Tuesday and they will be emailed out through the GoogleGroup as well. I have also attached this year's show shirt order form (with a preview of guard member Adria Zakowicz's design on it), and the merchandise order form, as both are due by August 21st.
