Things are starting to come together for the annual Band Boosters Meat Raffle on April 25, 2026! Tickets are now on sale and are available by contacting Terri Sledz at 716-435-9148.
Here is how you can help:
Promote the event:
Tell your age 21+ friends and family! Alumni are encouraged to attend! It's a great way to reconnect with your old bandmates!
Print out the attached flier and hang them up around town or give them to friends and family!
Help to secure donations and sponsorships:
We are continuing again this year with spin and round sponsorships. Local businesses can be advertised during the meat raffle as a sponsor for purchasing the meat for those spins/rounds! The Sponsorship letter and form are attached below.
Sign up on our SignUpGeniusto donate smaller items to create our larger prizes!
Ask a local business to donate a large raffle item! You can also use the sponsorship letter and form attached below for donations of gift cards/certificates or large raffle items.
Volunteer at the event:
We need a lot of volunteers to make the evening successful. Even if you can only help for a portion of the night, we would love to have you! Please note that if you plan to sit in a seat at a table for a portion of the night, you will need to purchase a ticket. Otherwise, volunteers are free to attend. Sign up on our SignUpGenius if you can help. If you have any questions about what a particular job entails, just ask!
