BOOSTER MEETING CHANGE

• Our May Booster Meeting is changed to Thursday, May 22 at 6:05 (just after rehearsal drop off) at West Senior. Location within the building TBD. We are hoping to Livestream the meeting again, since some people found that to be very helpful last month! The Video call link: https://meet.google.com/esz-nofz-xnq

OFFICER ELECTIONS

• Melanie Adey is taking nominations for the offices of Vice President, Treasurer, and Corresponding Secretary (graduating parent). You can reach Melanie by email: melan...@hotmail.com or text/call 716.292.3762. 
• To nominate someone and to be nominated, you must have attended 3 meetings. You are allowed to nominate yourself - or if you don't have 3 yet, but will at the May meeting, you can ask someone who does have 3 to nominate you. There are quite a few people who currently have 2 meetings in, so if you come to the start of the May meeting before the nominations are reported, that would count as your 3rd meeting. I know, it can be confusing! Just know the magic number is 3!

Season Fee Payments

• Just a reminder that the first WSMB season fee payment (or full Early Bird Payment) is due May 22nd. 

Bottle Drive Chair

Just Pizza Certificates

• Just Pizza Certificates will only be available through the June Booster meeting. After that time, you will have to wait until the fall order is placed to get more. With costing $15 each and a profit of $5, they are a great help towards paying the upcoming season fees and trip payments (if you do not have a student in the band you would like the profits to go to, you can elect to have it go to the Band Boosters general fund)!
