Attached are the minutes for the March Booster Meeting.
Our next meeting will be in the East Senior Auditorium at 7pm on April 11th. We will be discussing final details for the meat raffle. If you have any items to donate (check the signupgenius) or need to purchase quilt or meat raffle tickets, that would be a great opportunity to do so!
We are still looking for volunteers and small donations towards our larger raffles. Please consider signing up to help in some way - even if you are not able to attend that evening. This is our largest fundraiser of the year - and last year it helped us have the funds available to purchase the new trailer!
One final reminder - Melanie Adey is taking nominations for our open board positions (President, Recording Secretary, Student Accounts) up until the start of the May meeting. In order to nominate someone, be nominated, and/or to vote, you must have been in attendance at 3 meetings this school year. President and Recording Secretary are both currently held by senior parents who will not have a student in the band next year.
