WSMB Expo Night, Trip Meeting & February Meeting Minutes

A little bit of everything rolled into one in this email! 

1. EXPO: Tomorrow evening - Tuesday, March 4th is the West Seneca Marching Band Expo Night at West Senior starting at 7pm.
   • We do still need student and parent volunteers to help out at the event. Click here to sign up.
2. TRIP MEETING: Thursday evening at 6pm at West Senior is the Chicago Trip meeting for all WSMB 2025 students and parents intending to go on the trip in November. Learn more info about this great opportunity!
3. FUNDRAISERS: Brochures for the Wilson Beef Sticks fundraiser will be available at the trip meeting on Thursday. They will be due back on March 28th with pickup at the April Booster meeting (4/24). Great Lakes Coffee Fundraiser details will be emailed out on 4/1. Sale will run 4/3-4/17 with pickup also at the April Booster meeting.
4. SENIORS: Applications for the Rebecca Hinsz Memorial Scholarship is due by 10pm on March 13th!
5. MEAT RAFFLE: Tickets are still available. Contact Robin Richard to get yours today! We are also in need of donations and volunteers to make the evening a success. 
6. BOOSTER MEETINGS: Our next Booster Meeting is Wednesday, March 26. Please join us! Attached are the February minutes.
