Booster Meeting Tomorrow, Minutes from May, Pit Crew Signups

It's hard to believe another school year is almost over! Tomorrow evening, June 4th, at 7pm in room 155 at West Senior is our final Booster Meeting for 2023-24 season. Attached are the minutes from our May meeting. Please join us tomorrow!

• Many people have not made their deposit for the upcoming season yet! Get that commitment payment in ASAP! The pay-in-full discount has ended. If paying in installments, the 2nd payment is due 6/22 at the Community Days parade.
• Coffee Orders can be picked up at the Booster Meeting tomorrow. There are orders for: Chatham, Clark, Fish, Gierschke, Houseman, Radtke, Regan, Resch, Scott, Sledz, VanDewater, Zakowicz. Profits from the sale were $3 per item as we did not reach our 100 item organization goal.
• We are looking for new Pit Crew members! We are losing quite a few Pit Dads (and 1 Mom), and we could use your help this upcoming season. Please let us know if you are interested by filling out this form. We usually need help Tuesdays and Thursdays at drop off and pick up, as well as all day on Saturdays which are our show days.
• We still need some volunteers for "watering the band" and hand out upcoming events flyers at the Community Days parade. Click here to sign up!
