WS Band Booster Meeting Wednesday, March 26

Please join us this Wednesday, March 26th at 7pm in room 155 at West Senior for our monthly booster meeting!  We will again try to offer a virtual option for participation (see info below). Also, there will be a meat raffle volunteer meeting at the conclusion of the regular Booster Meeting.

Some items on the agenda for Wednesday:

• The Meat Raffle on April 5th. 
  • If you have any donations to turn in, you can drop them off at the meeting.
  • Still haven't signed up to donate/volunteer? Click here!
• Upcoming Fundraisers.
  • Meat Sticks - if you are ready to turn in your order, Karen Fish will collect those at the meeting, otherwise they are due Monday, March 31st from 6:30-7 at West Senior Athletic Entrance. 
  • Coffee - Hopefully the info sheets will be ready to go, as the sale will start on April 3rd.
  • West Snack Stand

Just a reminder that the deposit for those going on the Chicago trip in November is due on Tuesday!
