Sorry folks - the newsletter will be delayed by a day this week. Still a few timely things to note:

PIT CREW:

We are in need of pit crew to assist with set up and break down for rehearsals for the rest of this week. You do not need to commit to the full pit crew to help - just show up! If you are interested in being a part of the pit crew though, contact Jeff Adey at 716-235-6962.

MERCHANDISE:

Show Shirt and Merchandise orders are due TOMORROW, Wednesday, August 21st to ensure delivery for the home show! Please contact Terri Sledz (716) 435-9148 if you have questions or need help.

DROPOFF AND PARKING FOR REHEARSALS @ West Elementary Tennis Courts:

In order to avoid any collisions in the parking lot (especially with kids, instruments, flags and cars), please DO NOT drive through the center section near the band trailer to drop off/pick up your child(ren).

We will no longer be sending the weekly newsletters through the GoogleGroup as they are going directly to SPAM folders. If you are NOT a current band member and would like to continue receiving the newsletters, please reply to this email. Notices will still be sent out using the GoogleGroup - just not the newsletters.

Just to clarify:

• If you have a student who is currently in the band you will continue to receive newsletters. 
• Alumni will not receive the newsletter, unless they reply to this email.

Current members should have received another email at 9:29pm tonight with the title "Week B Newsletter" that contained the newsletter. That is the way we will be sending them from now on.
