Alumni Coordination Message

[Marching 97 Publicity Manager]

Hi there Alumni! 🤎💛 I hope you are all having a fabulous day! 🤎💛 I wanted to pass this message along from Jon Wood for those who may be interested in helping coordinate Alumni events during the year: 

"Hey Alumni!

You all know me as your friendly neighborhood co-organizer of the Reunion band (along with the illustrious Steve Bartosik), the leader at Alumni Bnad Day, and general reminder-er of Alumni Bnad events, but have you ever thought about YOURSELF being a part of the behind the scenes of the Alumni Bnad?

If so, you're in luck! I am looking for looking for people who want to assist in coordinating alumni events throughout the year. I'll still be the main point of contact, but as I exit the Young Alumni label, I want to be able to bring more people with fresh ideas to see how the Alumni Bnad could be doing more for the 97's alumni and ways to honor our unique experiences being a part of the band program during our time at Lehigh.

I want to hear from you! I'd love to get together at least one person from as many decades as possible to ensure that we respect the organization's history and traditions, while recognizing that necessary changes are always going to be made to ensure the bnad continues long past our lifetimes. 

There is no pressure/obligation, and you can be as involved as you would like.

After allowing a bit of time for people to respond, I will be reaching back out to the respondents to coordinate our next steps (get it, like marching?)
