Lost & Found and More 3/1/26

The following items are currently in the Lost & Found.

Shoes	Keen size 11.5; brown; waterproof
Water bottle	Yeti; black; metal
Shirt	Red; size large?; "2018 Summer Youth Employment Program”
Pants	Adidas; size medium; black with white stripes; snaps down the legs

 

A few reminders:

1. We are a recreational soccer pickup group that welcomes players of (almost) all ages and skill level. As such, we try to keep the game fun for everyone. Today's game (3/1/2026) seemed a little over the top as far as aggressive play was concerned. I want to borrow a few words from Wayne's email from March 17, 2023. "… this group takes pride in it being a good-natured game for everyone.  No slide tackles, and no overly aggressive play. We all try to "play in control". When any of us steps over that line, we need to take responsibility for it and correct it.  It's up to the individual, and the group to keep the game fun for everyone.". It was true then and continues to be true today; please play accordingly.
2. Game shoes should be carried into the gym and put on there; do not walk through the parking lot wearing game shoes. Also, they must be non-marring, suitable for the wood gym floor. If anyone, notices that someone's shoes are leaving marks, kindly inform them of that fact. This reminder is because marks have been made on the gym floor during the last few games.
