Sachin Thorat, has already started to translate this into Marathi. Can you share with us your existing work to speed up the progress of translation?

hi frnds, please find the attached SRT file of marathi subtitles. It needs to be proofread. and i've already forwarded it to Akshay puradkar for that; his dad would take care of it. so now i'dont know how much he's worked on it or if theres any progress. i think akshay'd be the right person to answer this. If anyone wants to make any changes or improvement please use software called Baraha to type Marathi. Its a freeware and is easy to use. you can add these SRT file to any media player just like one adds normal English subtitles. You can also burn these in DVD by using movie burning softwares. it works fine. again i've tried my best to keep words in sync with what's being shown on screen to retain comprehensibility and hence i've bent some grammar rules purposely; not broken. My neighbor who works for a Marathi publication has read it and she found it fine except for some minor spelling errors. i asked her to make correction and also offered to pay her fees but she seemed bit reluctant, may be because of the content. anyways now that akshay's dad is going to take care of it, we can chill. You rock. Thanks a trillion for this. We also managed to upload it to dotSUB and it worked. It replaced all the text which means the time stamps were the same. 

Sachin just had a look at this translation quickly and said it was very good work.

Lets catch up this evening at 10 pm IST which is Sachin’s 9.30 AM… I think. 

I’ve got Sachin’s number so we can call him when we get online.

Basically Sachin will start proofreading your text so I’m going to lock it down only for him to gain access. Once he is done proof reading the text, we will see if it needs to be proofread by another person and so on and so forth. Another option is for all the Proofreaders get-together and do it like a team online using Skype or TeamSpeak. Whatever works for the team. At the end of the day the decisions need to be arrived at together as a team.
