Interviewwas great, well relaxed, and they are great folks to talk to. In the morning you come in for their presentation. About five applicants in my group. The chief pilot and HR introduce themselves in the room and they present with a slide show on the screen, and we get a few breaks in between for coffee, bagels, and beverages. We each get called in one at a time for the interview that lasts about 15-20 minutes.... Continue Reading this Interview Experience

This was the first virtual interveiw for the Allegiant Accelerate Pathway Program. Very straight forward. 1. Why do you want to join the pathway program? 2. Please provide a brief background of your aviation training and experience to date. 3. What are a couple of your long-term professional aviation goals? 4. Do you have any failed check rides or failed stage checks? If so, please explain. 5. Have you been involved in any aviation accidents, incidents, or have any FAA actions pending? If...

Interview was for the accelerated program. It took almost 2 months after the initial 1 way interview to hear back. But eventually I was invited for the actual interview. Started with a 1 hour sessions where they gave us information about Allegiant. Then the 30 minute interview followed. I was one on one with an Allegiant pilot from the recruiting team. Interview was more of a conversation than an interview. We discussed my flight time, resume, my goals in aviation and why I chose to apply to...

Very enjoyable experience. Straight forward, no trick questions or technical. Went through my resume for a majority of the time and asked questions based off of it. One scenario based question that's already on here. Asked what I would do if I got the 73 in FL since I wanted to be in a 320 base. I was offered the job the next...

The process was similar to what previous Allegiant applicants listed- with prior one -way recorded interview submitted and personality test. Interview day: started same as the others mentioned with a Teams one hour mandatory info session in the morning , brief Q and A at the end of the hour. Was with two company pilots and an HR person. Later in the day, I logged again on the teams link for the personal interview. This second hour was an individual interview with two Allegiant pilots. The...

Applied to Allegiants accelerate program, had a one way video a few weeks ago then my virtual interview. Started with 1 hour session about Allegiant then 30 minute one on one session. Just had a typical human conversation. Nothing too difficult to answer, just being prepared with your flight hours and looking professional will go a long way. Easy interview, great...
