BOOK WEEK EXHIBITION DATE AND VENUE

Your Excellency, Honorable, Exhibitors, Invited guests / visitors,
participants, and the mass as whole.

On behalf of the book week committee, I would like to inform you that
due to unavoidable circumstances of climatological change and economic
issues we have postponed the date and venue of the book week
exhibition. We apologies for the changes.

The exhibition will held at Ubungo Plaza from 12th October 2009 to
17th October 2009. Setting of books and other products will start from
11.00 pm on 12th October 2009. Book match and opening ceremony will be
on 13th October 2009.

The timetable will be send to you as soon as possible.
