Session Idea: Providing access to and facilitating use of electronic records

We recently completed processing and setting up access to our first collection that included a significant amount of electronic records at the University of Delaware Library. I would like to organize a panel with others who have recently provided access to electronic records or who are initiating plans to do so. Presenters could share how their institutions planned for access; what challenges or setbacks they faced; and successes and failures in implementing the plan. These presentations could be extremely useful for those looking for electronic records access models.
